Yummy Tiramisu!!
Alhamdulillah, first time making Tiramisu turns out to be delicious dessert... fuh.. Since ramai mintak resepi, saye akan share kat sini.. The original recipe, I got it from Kongsi Resepi.. Tapi dah modified ikut selera saye..
Bahan-bahan
1. 250 gram cream cheese (Tatura / Philadelphia / Mascarpone)
2. 250 mls Whipping cream (kalo ade double cream, lagi bagus)
3. 1 packet biskut marie
4. 2-3 tablespoon gula castor (kalo takde, just blend je gula prai tu guna dry blender) boleh guna lebih kalau suke manis..
5. Serbuk nescafe
6. 2-3 tablespoon lemon juice yang diperah fresh
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
Cara-cara :
- bancuh nescafe (pekat) dalam mangkuk supaya senang untuk celup.. takyah tambah gula.. put aside sementara tunggu sejuk
- first, pukul cream cheese guna mixer sampai smooth
- then, tambah whipped cream, gula castor, vanilla and lemon juice.
- pukul sampai smooth / rase ringan je bancuhan tu..
- then, amik la bekas (preferably kaca)
- first, smear a thin layer of bancuhan cream cheese tadi.. jangan tebal sangat, nanti muak
- next layer, celupkan biskut marie dalam nescafe then susun atas layer cream tadi.. jangan rendam lama sangat, nanti lembik.. just cukup-cukup meresap nescafe then susun..
- after complete layer, selang pulak dgn cream cheese tadi..
- buat la selang-selang sampai habis cream cheese tadi..
* reminder : start dgn cream cheese, finish pon ngn cream cheese..
- then, ayak siket serbuk koko / milo on top layer supaya ade pahit-pahit sket..
sejukkan for 2-4 hours, then boleh makan..

p/s : some said, guna biskut lady fingers.. but susah sket nak dapat plus dia senang lembik.. terpulang, ikut selera masing-masing..
